    WASHINGTON, DC—AARP Foundation President Lisa Marsh Ryerson today announced that AARP Foundation has created a relief fund to help the victims – especially those age 50 and older –as relentless rains and unprecedented flooding devastate Houston and the southeastern Texas region.
